EMM-Check analyzes the areas that the operator might not be able to see directly (maskings) according to national and international standards, directives and regulations. The maskings will be calculated based on the calculation process of each standard and evaluated according to the corresponding criteria. Criteria can also be defined by you to use EMM-Check for the analysis of vehicles not covered by any standard.
  • standard conform visibility field analysis through the whole product development process
  • based on neutral design/CAD data (JT, STL)
  • detection of maskings on planes and test bodies according to the selected standard
  • standard-specific test profiles and criteria are integrated and doesn't need to be defined by the user
  • analyses can be performed
    • locked = standard conform or
    • applied = for simulating scenarios not covered by a standard
  • standard conform light source movement (rotation of filament, translation of light bulbs, etc.)
  • evaluation of analysis results according to standard-specific criteria
  • in correlation with mirror and camera visibility fields
